1. Turn the switch above at 10V and then press the red button before using 10V to measure the surface resistance of the material.
Turn the switch below at 100V and then press the red button before using 100V to measure the surface resistance of the material.
2. Display way:
The surface resistance shall display on LCD, ohm as the unit.
Such as: 1.2 * 103 shall be displayed as 1.2 E 3, namely: 1,200 ohms
3. Measurement Range:
103~106 (conductive range) it shall be more correct to measure at 10 Volts.
106-1012 (anti-static range) it shall be more correct to measure at 100 Volts.
>1012（insulation range）it shall be more correct to measure at 100 Volts.
4. Measurement with two electrodes:
Before measuring, lay the two electrodes at bottom of instrument evenly on the surface of measured material, press the red button.
Measurement with 2 five lbs weight:
Before measuring, insrt one end of two connections to the jack (external probes) at the front instrument. insrt the other to the jack above the heavy hammer. Meanwhile, the electrode below the instrument is cut, lay the heavy hammer on the surface of the measured material evenly and press the red button.
