Radiation crosslinked polyethylene foam (IXPE) materials (coils) are mainly made from LDPE and EVA-based copolymers.

Adding foaming agent AC and other chemical raw materials, after mixing, processing, forming, and then by foaming, setting, post-processing and other series of processing technology to produce a kind of excellent physical and mechanical properties, beautiful appearance.

The foam material has fine and uniform foam pores, strong and tough, heat insulation, good sound insulation effect, high corrosion resistance, good resilience and little water absorption. Suitable for vehicle and ship manufacturing, air conditioning, refrigeration, packaging, construction, engineering, agriculture, sporting goods.
